I have recently begun photographing more and more newborns. I absolutely LOVE newborn sessions. I love the newness of the baby, the excitement the new parents have, and just the absolute sweetness of it all.
A newborn session is much different than your typical portrait session. I spend LOTS of time (often beyond the contracted amount) making everyone feeling as comfortable as possible. If baby gets fussy, we make time for mom to snuggle or feed baby. Additionally, I always come to you in your home for ultimate comfort, convenience, and authenticity. Also, I be sure to include family members in some of the images as well - these kind of photos are absolute treasures to look back on.
Newborns grow SO very fast; if you are expecting, schedule your newborn session NOW! Don't let this extremely special time in your life pass by without guaranteeing those memories will be well documented.
Newborn sessions should take place when your baby is two weeks old or less. Contact me, and we will schedule a variety of dates to ensure I will be available when your baby makes his or her arrival!
